Stoke on Trent Light Night

100w travelled to Stoke on Trent on the 18th of November to be part of Stoke on Trent City Partnerships Light Nght Event. At the beginning of the month we spent a day with children at Hanley Forest Park School and made 50 star lanterns with them.

Back at the studio we made three lanterns that represented the theme of Transformation, Unity and Light. These became a Phoenix, a Griffin and a Pegasus. On the 18th we had a great evening parading the mythcal beasts with the stars, school children and teachers through the middle of the town and enjoying the other entertainments

Please see our mythical beasts page for more pictures of the lanterns. They are now hanging in Victoria Hall in Stoke on Trent for the Festive season .
